HyeFighter Kentikian Loses In A Majority Decision

HyeFighter Susi Kentikian surprisingly lost to American Melissa McMorrow via a majority decision on Wednesday night in Hamburg Germany. The scores were 95-95, 94-96 and 94-96.  This loss wasnot without controversy as McMorrow controlled and won the first four rounds, but Kentikian dominated the remaining rounds.  With this first loss in her professional boxing career, Kentikian lost the combined WBA, WBO and WIBF titles.  From what we were able to gather, it seems the judgment of the referee was controversial.

HyeFighters would like to let Suzi know that she is still our Champion and will always be known as the BEST ARMENIAN WOMEN BOXER EVER!!  Win, lose or draw, she has always made us proud and we are certain she will quickly regain her championships.
