Abraham Is The New WBO Super Middleweight Champion

HyeFighter Arthur Abraham is the new WBO super middleweight champion with a record of 35-3. The fight begins slow but Arthur throws more heavy punches in the beginning of the fight, Stieglitz protecting himself throughout the first round not throwing any power punches. In the second round Stieglitz throws a couple strong rights but is not able to deal much damage, Abraham soon charges in throwing a couple hooks, from this point of it’s a back and forth battle in the third round Arthur slips but quickly recovers and ducks dodging Stieglitz hook. Beginning of the fifth round Arthur starts taunting Stieglitz and lowers his arms, Stieglitz then comes in throwing hard punches but Arthur is able to push away with a few counters. Beginning of the eleventh round Stieglitz throws heavy jabs at Arthur as he is on the ropes and Arthur keeps on lowering his arms taunting Stieglitz again throughout this round, it’s a back and forth battle of hard punches and both fighters are tired at this juncture of the fight from throwing a burst of combos in the hopes of knockout one another.

Abraham was the clear winner with scores af 116-112, 116-112 and 115-113 by the judges as earns a victory via unanimous decision.
